Megan Thee Stallion sues blogger over sharing 'lies' in Tory Lanez case

The lawsuit filed Wednesday accuses blogger Milagro Gramz of serving as a “mouthpiece” for artist Tory Lanez.

Megan Thee Stallion filed a lawsuit against blogger and YouTuber Milagro Gramz “after years of enduring harassment, the publication of false narratives and more,” a spokesperson said.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the Southern District of Florida, accuses the blogger of serving as a “mouthpiece” for singer Tory Lanez, and acting as an “online rumor mill churning out falsehoods” about Megan to her social media followers.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life,” Megan said in a statement. “I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.”

“It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

Milagro’s alleged campaign of harassment also included encouraging her followers to find an AI-edited deepfake video that showed Megan engaged in sexual acts.

Milagro responded on X, stating “I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion.” She also said “of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too,” after posting a quote from Megan’s legal team.

“Countersuit gone go crazy,” Milagro added in another post.

Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in August 2023 after a Los Angeles jury found him guilty of shooting Megan. Alex Spiro, lawyer for Megan, said in 2022 that they were “exploring all legal options” relating to the misinformation bloggers spread about the case.
