Perhaps, a refurbished or new facility can be built to accommodate the academic , entertainment and social impact needs of people who desire a collaborative future. Forums such as The Obama Presidential center comes to mind. Calling all Athletes, Artists, Entertainers , Writers , Producers and Investors.
